I don't know how this place only has 3 stars. We showed up pretty late to check in, they were very nice about it and more than accomodating. They just like to know around what time to expect people so just give them a heads up if you're getting in late. The bathroom looks newly renovated. Small fridge and microwave in each room. Nice place for the price compared to other hotel/motels around. And the staff is very very nice! It's also not that far from downtown! It's a cute little place too! I would definitely stay here again

Friendly and accommodating staff|Clean, sanitized, family-owned city motel ||Would definitely return here. This is about 2 miles driving up from downtown Santa Barbara, so it’s quiet. We stayed here to go surfing at El Capitan and it was perfect.

Now the stay at this Inn was great. I loved the customer service, it seems it a small family owned business. The location was great as all the stores to the main action are a short 8 minute drive. The Inn is located exactly at the corner and entrance is fast and easy to enter. Now I have read lots of the reviews on this place and our experience was nothing but good. As soon as you enter there is a smell but nothing turning on the a.c won't take away. The carpet is on the older side as well as the furniture but I wasn't going to be sleeping on the floor or be living here. So my family and I could see past that. We got room 106 and it's perfectly tucked in a corner no front window so no noise from people walking by or driving in. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot with good pressure. All in all I recommend this place if you need a place to stay for the night or a couple of nights as we did affordable and not a motel 6 were you have people all over the place. We have stayed at a fancier place were we had people staying upstairs and it sounded like horses were staying there. All in all give the place a try and see for yourself that it's worth a try.

Not going to lie, the reviews had me spooked. But this place was the only hotel that had an affordable rate for my trip. We got the deluxe king room and it was great! The room was simple but it was clean. No stains like the pictures showed in the reviews. The bed was comfortable and the TV was nice. They have free wifi so we had everything we needed. As a note I noticed a lot of the horrible reviews were from a year or two ago so I feel they have made some good changes since then. I have no complaints! The location was convenient and though the room was simple, and it lacked any artwork or anything, I am here for vacation and not for the hotel room. Unless you have any special needs I would say that this hotel is pretty suitable for anybody. I would definitely return again, thank you!

Absolutely exceeded my exceeded!! Very clean! Cousy, comfortable and spacious I stayed there as part of my 12 days road trip in Vegas and California. And was one of the better hotel we stayed (even the crown plaza wasn't as nice!) So would definitely recommend You can tell it was recently renovated

I had a great stay at this place, I found it clean and comfortable. Above all, it was the people who made the difference. Thank you so much for being kind and always ready to help me with a few issues I had. The Mexican girl 🇲🇽🫶 working there was incredibly kind and helpful, and the girl at the front desk was also very helpful and kindly found a solution to my problem. Thank you all, and when I return to Santa Barbara, I will definitely stay with you again. Greetings from Italy! 🇮🇹

Simple room, no frills. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Near Trader Joes and just down the street from all the shops amd restaurants (a short drove or long-ish walk). Spent a night here and would stay again. Friendly owners, too.

Room was spotless absolutely clean with a fresh scent upon entrance. spotless restroom and shower. The furnishing is excellent with a big screen TV and many channels to choose from. The room is well lit, and the atmosphere is very subtle and quiet. Super comfortable bed with clean white sheets. work desk and chair were super comfortable for work on my laptop. I'm a clean freak and definitely recommend this location. super friendly gentleman at the check-in counter. Easy check in & out. I will definitely be back!

Our room was clean and as expected. We stayed at this hotel as an overnight pit stop, and it was perfectly fine. Location is good, about 10 min drive to downtown where shops and restaurants are. Only one staff on site in a small,but functional front office. No issue in checking in or out.
